I had a great experience dealing with Dan Jones from Master Attic LLC. Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was his communication and follow-up — he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and continued to follow up afterward without ever making me feel pressured. Dan is very personable and clearly takes pride in what he does. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who approaches customers with this level of professionalism and attention. Master Attic did a phenomenal job with our attic insulation and duct replacement. We had a loss from smoke damage from a neighboring fire and we were met with compassion and excellent customer service from Danny Jones and Jorge Diaz. Inquire View profile Your team from start to finish was exemplary! Alex's assessment and explanation of my attics situation, and the corrective measures met and exceeded all of my concerns and then some. Jose, once on site, was remarkably thorough in his evaluation of my attic, and addressed all questions and advice eloquently and concisely prior to starting work. Despite a hiccup with their insulation blower (all it needs is an new control board-call me!), everything went amazingly quick! About two hours after your crew left, I already noticed a difference! Very professional job done Jesus, Ronald C, and crew. Tapped down plastic around the entire entrance way, walls and everything. Cleaned up all the garbage and vacuumed the floors after taking the plastic down. Installation of baffles, rodent proofing, and new insulation all completed within about 7hrs. Clear communication throughout the process. Even cleaned up and insulated the crawl space. Was end of July so they worked in the heat as well. Sealed all the air gaps even under the insulation. Sprayed disinfectant spray to remove rodent smell. Installed metal wiring inside any possible openings and even went onto the roof to nail in some loose siding that had gaps.
