If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Master Attic provides attic insulation, crawl space encapsulation, attic cleaning, rodent proofing, and related home improvement services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Service descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes. Actual scope, pricing, and scheduling are determined through individual consultations and written estimates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or request services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Master Attic are non-binding until a written agreement or work order is executed by both parties. Prices may vary based on the actual scope of work, site conditions, and materials required. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if conditions differ materially from what was initially assessed.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled without adequate notice, as communicated at the time of booking.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Master Attic — whether through our website forms, by texting a keyword to our number, or by verbally consenting during a phone call — you agree to receive text messages from us. These messages may include:
Appointment confirmations and reminders; Service updates and status notifications; Estimates, invoices, and follow-ups; Promotional offers and seasonal service information.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on your service activity and preferences.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Master Attic is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
