By accessing or using the website masterattic.com (the “Site”) or any services provided by Master Attic (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or communicating with us via phone, email, text message, or web form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
Master Attic provides attic insulation, crawl space encapsulation, attic cleaning, rodent proofing, and related home improvement services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Service descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes. Actual scope, pricing, and scheduling are determined through individual consultations and written estimates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or request services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Master Attic are non-binding until a written agreement or work order is executed by both parties. Prices may vary based on the actual scope of work, site conditions, and materials required. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if conditions differ materially from what was initially assessed.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled without adequate notice, as communicated at the time of booking.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Master Attic, either by checking the consent box on a form on the Site and submitting it, or by texting us first at the number we publish, you agree to receive text messages from us. These messages may include:
Updates about the request you submitted; appointment confirmations, reminders and status notifications; estimates, invoices and follow-ups; information about services related to your request; and occasional offers for customers who have opted in.
The consent language on our website forms reads: “By submitting, I agree that Master Attic may call or text me at the number provided about my request and related services, including appointment updates and occasional offers. Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Your Mobile Information: Text messages are delivered by our messaging service provider, which acts on our behalf, is bound by confidentiality obligations, and may not use your information for its own purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
